Arizona Flight Training Center, in conjunction with the Glendale Municipal Airport (GEU), is hosting an open house at the main terminal building, on Saturday, May 1, from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Arizona Flight TrainingCenter is a new flight school that commenced operations Feb. 1.
In addition to AZFTC’s fleet of aircraft, Warbirds, Light Sport, kit planes and even a King Air will be on display during the open house. “There are many facets of aviation, and our static display will represent just some of the many opportunities new pilots have, whether they choose flying as a hobby, or career,” said Chief Flight Instructor Rick Rademaker. There will also be special introductory flights for $35, for anyone interested in learning more about becoming a student pilot, through a practical flying experience.
