Arizona Flight Training Center hosted its first open house at Glendale Municipal Airport (GEU) on May 1st. More than 300 people attended the open house, including a few future pilots, reports Rob Olson. In addition to a flightline consisting of Warbirds, kit planes, school aircraft and a King Air, demo flights were also offered to potential aviators.
In advance of the open house, AZFTC was featured on the Fox 10 morning show, on the Fox TV network’s Phoenix affiliate.
