Wicks plans workshops

By Janice Wood · June 17, 2010 ·

Wicks Aircraft plans to stage a number of workshops this fall. There will be a one-day covering/painting workshop hosted by Superflite on Saturday, Sept. 18. A series of two-day TIG welding workshops will be held on Sept. 11-12th, Oct. 16-17th, Nov. 13-14, and Jan. 8-9, 2011.

Workshops are open to everyone and no prior skill is required. The workshops are meant to give people hands-on experience that will make it easier for them to accomplish the tasks required to build an airplane. Class sizes are limited and there are fees for attending.
