The Iowa Department of Transportation’s new aviation website has received thousands of visits since it was introduced last month. In addition to providing information on airports, events, learning to fly, and how aviation is used in Iowa, the site is being regularly updated with featured news items to keep pilots and aircraft owners updated on issues impacting aviation in Iowa.
