By Janice Wood · July 6, 2010 ·

The Speaker Series at the Oakland Aviation Museum at Oakland International Airport’s North Field in California continues Saturday, July 10, at 1 p.m. with an update on The International Group for Historic Aircraft Recovery (TIGHAR) and its Earhart Project.

Kristin Tague, a TIGHAR member for more than 20 years, has been in the field on more than 12 expeditions, including archaeological, archival, artifact retrieval and obtaining oral histories. She has given talks on TIGHAR projects at various aviation museums, educational venues and The Commonwealth Club of San Francisco.
