Combs to speak at AirVenture

By Janice Wood · July 22, 2010 ·

Michael Combs, who has flown a Remos GX Light Sport Aircraft over 13,400 miles as part of his “Flight for the Human Spirit,” will speak at AirVenture 2010 in Oshkosh, Wis., next week. When Combs completes “The Flight for the Human Spirit,” he will have flown more than 20,000 miles and landed in all 50 states. Comb’s aircraft “Hope One” also will be on display during the show in the “Learn to Fly” tent.

“It is an honor to be selected to speak at the World’s Largest Air Show,” said Combs from his office in Corinth, Texas. “This has been the adventure of a lifetime, and I really have a lot that I can contribute to pilots and lovers of aviation alike. My topics are not only about The Flight for the Human Spirit, but also about how we have utilized technology in the cockpit of Hope One, and how to plan for a cross country trip.”
