SHA partners with Avidyne

By Janice Wood · October 6, 2010 ·

Sierra Hotel Aero, Inc. (SHA) has inked a new dealer partnership agreement with Avidyne Corp.

“We have been selectively expanding our avionics sales and installation product offerings,” said Chris Gardner, SHA president. “We know that Avidyne is the market-leading developer of Integrated Flight Deck Systems for light general aviation (GA) aircraft. Therefore it made sense for us to offer our single and multi-engine aircraft customers the diverse and expanding Avidyne product line. The recent introduction of the DFC90 attitude-based flight control system with Avidyne’s innovative, safety-enhancing Envelope Protection capability is a great example of their approach to reducing pilot workload and providing flight safety improvements. The addition of the Avidyne line will certainly help fulfill our customer interests and requirements now and well into the future”.
