Getting back in the game

By Janice Wood · October 14, 2010 ·

Is your logbook dusty? Are your flying skills rusty, but you want to get back into flying? Then check out the latest issue of FAA Safety Briefing, which includes an article on “Getting Back in the Game.”

Author Tom Hoffmann provides some pointers on what to consider in getting started again. He addresses changes in medical certification, the importance of brushing up on your airspace knowledge, making sure you have the guidance of a good flight instructor, and more. Check it out on page 20 of the September/October 2010 issue.
