Jet Response mobile maintenance takes off

By Janice Wood · October 14, 2010 ·

Jet Aviation has launched its new “Jet Response” mobile maintenance service program.

One call to 1-877-JET-HELP mobilizes Jet Aviation’s Boston/Bedford, Mass., and Teterboro, N.J., mobile maintenance trucks to assist AOG operators in the Boston, White Plains and Teterboro areas.

“In the Boston, White Plains and Teterboro areas, the service is facilitated through response vehicles equipped with time-saving tools and diagnostic equipment,” says David Smith, senior director, MRO services for Jet Aviation in Boston/Bedford and Teterboro. “The mobile maintenance trucks also contain a fully functional workshop and benches complete with electronic data and supplies.”

Jet Aviation and subsidiary company Midcoast Aviation also dispatch crews to support clients across the country and, at operator’s requests, have dispatched crews to many parts of the world.

Jet Aviation services all major business jet models and components and provides comprehensive services including both routine and unscheduled maintenance.
