Wilson Doors has large hangar doorways covered with the introduction of its Clear-Max, which features cold-formed steel tube construction with push-button hydraulic operation.
The single panel on the Clear-Max opens in a single arching motion. When the door is fully open and perpendicular with the doorway, the Clear-Max requires only 6 inches of headroom, company officials note.
The drive system on the Clear-Max is simple – just two hydraulic cylinders, a pump, motor and control box. All components are low maintenance, officials add, noting a single push-button actuates the system. When closed, the hydraulic cylinders keep the door panel snug against the building for a tight seal.
