The Web-based digital charting solution provides online chart access worldwide and includes an auto-update service that eliminates the need for manual chart updates. The online capability now allows pilots to print charts on-the-go from any computer. Jeppesen eChart Viewer also offers enhanced Jeppesen Airway Manual text in HTML format and provides enhanced IFR and VFR chart viewing and search capabilities.
The introduction of Jeppesen eChart Viewer helps business aviation operators transition to the use of digital flight information instead of paper-based materials on the flight deck, which increases the speed and organization of information delivery, company officials said.
