Pilot Howard Cooper from Maplewood, N.J., co-founded Jews in Aviation in 2009 to share his love of flying with other Jewish pilots. “There are organizations for Jewish hikers, bowlers, lawyers, doctors, police officers and motorcycle riders,” said Cooper.
