The “Experience On Call” app provides direct access to a directory of professionals at West Star, whenever support is required. It is designed to be user-friendly, and the option to then contact those professionals immediately from the application enables users to get the assistance they need directly from the experts at West Star. Users can connect with technical assistance for their aircraft by searching under a specific aircraft model, or searching by location. The app also allows users to contact a sales representative by geographical region or search by services needed.
