Landmark Aviation has acquired the assets of DB Aviation at Chicago’s Waukegan Regional Airport (UGN).
“DB Aviation will be a great addition to our network, and will expand our presence in the Midwest,” said Dan Bucaro, Landmark’s President and CEO. “We are looking forward to being a part of the community and providing general aviation services to Waukegan and surrounding areas.”
DB Aviation offers FBO, charter and aircraft management and maintenance services. Its acquisition brings Landmark’s network to 41 FBOs, including locations in the U.S., Canada and Western Europe.
