Soret named president of King Aerospace

By Janice Wood · December 26, 2010 ·

King Aerospace Commercial Corp. (KACC), an aircraft services provider, has named aviation veteran Ron Soret as president. He will be responsible for directing King’s large aircraft completions and modifications efforts as well as KACC’s overall MRO and depot facilities and programs.

Soret, who was most recently Chief Operating Officer for Gore Design Completions in San Antonio, Texas, will be based at King’s modification facility in Ardmore, Oklahoma.

Soret previously served as vice president of operations for Associated Air Center, capping a 15-year career with the Dallas-based firm. He also held positions of increasing responsibility with The Dee Howard Company.

Soret received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Aviation Maintenance Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and is an FAA Designated Airworthiness Representative (DAR). He also holds a Private Pilot License as well as an Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license.

King’s Ardmore facility includes four hangars that incorporate a large aircraft paint bay as well as aircraft modification and refurbishment shops. King’s facility is an FAA Certified Repair Station. Services include avionics installation and repair, cabinetry, upholstery, paint, airframe inspections, modifications and repair. In addition, KACC offers aircraft interior design services, engineering, fabrication, installation, sound proofing and other modifications. For more information:  972-248-4886, KingAerospace.com
