Soloy expands filter distribution

By Janice Wood · December 27, 2010 ·

Soloy Aviation Solutions and Aerospace Filtration Systems, Inc. (now branded as Donaldson), recently agreed to expand Soloy’s distributor agreement to include Donaldson Inlet Barrier Filter (IBF) products.

This product line distributor expansion allows Soloy to offer inlet barrier filters to operators of aircraft currently approved with Donaldson IBF products.  “Now Soloy can offer its support for sales and installations for Donaldson IBF products to operators around the globe,” said Nick Parkinson, Soloy’s Director of Helicopter Sales and New Business. “The proven benefits of enhanced performance, maintenance cost reduction and reduced overhaul cost are becoming well-known in the industry as more and more operators realize the actual savings from the Donaldson IBF filtration system.”

Donaldson’s Aerospace and Defense Group is a leading worldwide provider of filtration systems for the aerospace and defense industry. Their filtration solutions protect fixed wing aircraft, rotorcraft, military ground vehicles, electronic equipment, space vehicles, missiles, military shipboard systems and amphibious products.

Soloy Aviation Solutions is a Washington State-based company specializing in fixed and rotary wing aircraft power and performance improvements, as well as contract engineering and aviation parts manufacturing for over 40 years.
