Hawker Beechcraft Quick Response Team at Super Bowl, Daytona NASCAR race

By Janice Wood · January 25, 2011 ·

Hawker Beechcraft Global Customer Support’s Quick Response Team will provide support at Super Bowl XLV Feb. 6 in Dallas and the Daytona 500 NASCAR race Feb. 20 in Daytona Beach, Fla. The Quick Response Team was introduced last year to provide on-site technical expertise and immediate support to Hawker Beechcraft owners and operators at popular business, political, sporting and lifestyle events.

“We received outstanding feedback from our owners and operators who attended these events last year and are pleased to provide this added level of service again in 2011,” said Christi Tannahill, HBC vice president, Global Customer Support. “This year we will also unveil additional resources designed to further improve the Hawker Beechcraft ownership experience. We’re excited to offer a preview of our expanded ‘toolkit’ at a pilot reception at the Signature Flight Support facilities at Dallas Love Field on Super Bowl Sunday, Feb. 6.”

Hawker Beechcraft’s Quick Response Team features highly experienced technical support personnel pre-positioned to provide assistance to Hawker Beechcraft aircraft owners and operators as they travel to and from large domestic and international events.

Aircraft operators attending these events can call on a Hawker Beechcraft Quick Response Team by dialing 866-AOG-HELP (866-264-4357).
