New maintenance facility opens at SUS

By Janice Wood · March 10, 2011 ·

West County Aero, a veteran-owned aviation maintenance company, has opened its new maintenance facility at Spirit of St. Louis Airport (SUS) in Chesterfield, Mo.

West County Aero has been in business since 2008. The new 19,000-square-foot hangar will be used for maintenance as well as aircraft storage. This move has also created the opportunity for West County Aero to open an aircraft interior shop providing interior, refurbishment and restoration, officials said.
