Fatal Accident Analysis webinar slated

By Janice Wood · March 13, 2011 ·

Bob Miller Flight Training Online kicks off a four-week live webinar series, “Fatal Accident Analysis – Critical Lessons Learned from the Mishaps of Others,” Tuesday March 15.

The webinar, which will run from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. every Tuesday for four weeks, looking at the mistakes GA pilots who are in fatal accidents make, including their flawed decision-making process. “Let’s see what motivated them to proceed when normal logic would have suggested otherwise. Let’s see where the first link in the fatal accident chain began. Let’s see what simple steps could have broken that accident chain,” Miller says. “In the process, we will uncover common weaknesses in the decision-making, risk analysis process that sneak into every pilot’s brain moments before launching. Those who know these common weaknesses will not likely succumb to them.”

Cost of the webinar is $99. For more information: BobMillerFlightTraining
