Pilots at the Madison Airport (I39) in Kentucky have signed a “Pilots Bill of Rights” as the airport board looks for a new FBO. About 30 pilots signed the bill to “help ensure that their interests are taken into account as the board decides on a fixed base operator,” according to a report in The Richmond Register, which notes the 15-point bill of rights is grouped into three categories: access to aircraft, access to airport services and changes in operating procedures.
