CFI launches greeting card line

By Janice Wood · April 4, 2011 ·

Meredith Tcherniavsky, a flight instructor based in the Washington, D.C. area, has launched a new line of aviation-themed greeting cards. Each card is hand-made using high-resolution color prints featuring Tcherniavsky’s aviation photographs.

“Flying is a way for me to experience nature, and the amazing world we live in, from a very unique perspective,” Tcherniavsky said. “I’ve created a new line of products designed to help people share the wonder of flight, and the beauty that lies in everyday experiences, with others. My aviation greeting cards feature photographs I’ve taken during my travels. I hope they will inspire you to live your own life to the fullest.”

The cards are being offered for sale on Tcherniavsky’s website and also  at the Montgomery County Airpark (GAI) in Gaithersburg, Maryland. Tcherniavsky learned to fly at GAI in 2001 and has been working as flight instructor with the GAI-based flying clubs since 2005. She has logged more than 2,400 flight hours in various single-engine aircraft, and also holds a commercial multi-engine rating.

Tcherniavsky and her husband, fellow flight instructor Dana Holladay, are members of the TSS Flying Club at GAI. For more information: FromTheRightSeat.com
