MSO FBO joins Avfuel network

By Janice Wood · April 21, 2011 ·

Minuteman Aviation, one of the largest full-service FBOs in the state of Montana, has joined the Avfuel-branded FBO network.

Officials at the 40-year-old FBO at Missoula International Airport (MSO), said they felt that Avfuel had the right mix of support and services to allow them to remain competitive in the aviation market, most notably AVTRIP, Avfuel’s pilot incentive program.

“In transitioning to Avfuel, everyone that we’ve dealt with has been extremely professional and a pleasure to work with,” said Minuteman Aviation’s Director of Operations Forest Gue. “They seem to be more of a true business partner than we have experienced in recent years.”

Guest amenities at the FBO include an executive conference room, a concierge team, and pet-friendly facilities. Pilots can take advantage of a flight planning room with WSI weather and internet access; newer model crew cars; supplies and charts; and lounge and shower facilities. The secure, lighted ramp is regularly patrolled by the Missoula International Airport Police. Fuel and ground support services are available 24 hours.
