John Uczekaj, Aspen Avionic’s president and CEO, and Peter Lyons, Aspen’s co-founder and vice president of product management, have been recognized by New Mexico Business Weekly’s annual Who’s Who in Technology award.
“At Aspen we work hard to stay on the cutting edge of avionics technology,” says Uczekaj, “and these efforts are fueled by the entrepreneurial spirit that started this company.”
Much of Aspen’s initial success can be attributed to the leadership team’s focus on a capital investment strategy as well as a commitment to maintaining viability in the certified avionics marketplace, according to company officials. “Building certified avionics systems is not for the faint of heart,” says Lyons, “and so we continually find ways to meet the challenges, and yet stay true to our core values.”
