Alex Montañez, the creator of Gourmet Aviator products and the founder of Sauce Depot, has spent two decades in aviation, flying thousands of miles in both the U.S and the Caribbean. Being an avid cook and sauce aficionado, Montañez combined his experiences to bring the gourmet product line to market.
