By Janice Wood · May 22, 2011 ·

King Aerospace Commercial Corp. in Addison, Texas, has appointed Rob Tomenendal as Vice President Sales and Marketing for the large aircraft completions and modifications effort.

Tomenendal was most recently Director of Business Development for Gore Design Completions in San Antonio, Texas. In addition to the post he held at Gore Design, Tomenendal served as Director of Sales for Garrett Aviation specializing in large aircraft completions and held positions of increasing responsibility with Gulfstream Aerospace and Cessna Aircraft. He received a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Georgia Southern University and holds an Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license.

King’s Ardmore facility is equipped to handle wide-body airframes and virtually any size of business aircraft including Boeing Business Jets and Airbus equipment, according to company officials. King’s facility includes four hangars that incorporate an aircraft paint bay as well as aircraft modification and refurbishment shops. King’s facility is an FAA Certified Repair Station.
