Wright named GM at Landmark Aviation-SDL

By Janice Wood · May 24, 2011 ·

Matthew Wright has been named General Manager at Landmark Aviation-SDL this week. He will oversee both FBO and MRO operations at Arizona’s Scottsdale Airport.

Wright comes to Landmark from Atlantic Aviation, and is currently a member of the Arizona Business Aviation Association. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of San Diego, and later went on to earn a JD from the University of Nebraska’s School of Law. Prior to entering the aviation industry, he practiced law for five years.

In 2005, Wright, a long-time aviation enthusiast, made the transition to the GA industry, working for Atlantic Aviation as General Manager. In addition to managing the Deer Valley location, he served concurrently as Regional Manager of Maintenance Operations.

Headquartered in Houston, Texas, Landmark Aviation operates a network of FBOs throughout the U.S., and in Canada and Western Europe. For more information: LandmarkAviation.com
