Bearhawk Aircraft recently made the first customer deliveries of the Quick Build kit for the Patrol.
Four Quick Build kits were recently delivered to customers in Texas, Colorado, and Nevada.
Designed by Bob Barrows, the Patrol is a two-place tandem, tailwheel STOL plane featuring a steel tube fuselage with all aluminum, flush riveted wings. Capable of landing in short, rough strips like the Super Cub, the Patrol can also cruise up to 150 mph, according to company officials.
