Lambert joins Aero Law Group

Paul Lambert has joined Aero Law Group, an aviation transactions law firm based in Bellevue, Wash.

Lambert will be responsible for representing clients in sales, leasing, financing and the exchange of business and commercial aircraft as well as a variety of other aircraft support transactions.

Lambert brings more than 23 years of experience as an attorney and 10 years of aviation law experience to Aero Law Group. Most recently he held the position of Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at US Airways. He has experience in a broad range of aviation industry transactions, including aircraft operating lease transactions, secured loans, aircraft purchase and sale transactions, engine leasing and financing transactions, spare parts leasing and financing transactions, aircraft and engine maintenance agreements, aircraft hangar and operations space leases, aircraft lease returns, airport fuel consortium and bulk fuel transactions and operating lease and debt workouts and restructurings.

In addition to his legal experience, Lambert was previously President of Arizona Fueling Facilities Corporation based in Phoenix, Arizona.

Lambert earned his J.D. degree from Columbia University School of Law, and his B.A. degree, cum laude, in Economics from the Brigham Young University. He is a member of the Washington State Bar and the Arizona State Bar.
