By Janice Wood · June 23, 2011 ·

Sheltair has introduced new food service offerings to its Fort Lauderdale FBO customers and tenants. Silver Lining In-flight Catering has opened Jet Runway Café Express in the main lobby of Sheltair Fort Lauderdale at the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL).

The café includes assorted hot and cold food options and offers express breakfast and lunch options throughout the week. A dine-in area is also located in the southwest corner of the main Sheltair lobby.

Owner of Silver Lining In-flight Catering and Jet Runway Café Express, Mike Linder said, “We are thrilled to be a part of Sheltair’s flagship FBO facility. They are well-known throughout the industry for their great attention to detail and impeccable customer service and we intend on meeting those same standards with our café.”

Sheltair is a Fort Lauderdale-based company offering services in FBOs, properties and construction. The company serves aviation communities through its network of 13 fixed base operations throughout Florida, New York and Georgia, as well as through its properties division and construction division covering 18 airports.
