Brian Tom joins Superior Air Parts

By Janice Wood · July 19, 2011 ·

Superior Air Parts has hired industry veteran Brian Tom as its new Technical Sales Representative.

BRIAN TOM Superior Air Parts “I have known Brian for a long time and it is with the greatest of pleasure that we welcome him back to the Superior Air Parts family,” stated Timothy Archer, president and CEO, Superior Air Parts. “Brian has the technical expertise and established relationships with our key customers and engine shops to help accelerate our sales efforts.”

Tom will be responsible for sales and technical support for the entire Superior Air Parts product line including Millennium Cylinders, piece parts and XP-Series Experimental engines.

“I am delighted to be back with Superior,” Tom said. “The company and its products enjoy an excellent reputation with both aircraft owners and engine shops. Being part of bringing Superior’s products back is something that I’m excited to do.

“I feel that the timing is perfect to be able to again offer Superior’s high-quality cylinders, components and parts to owners and engine overhaul shops as a value-added alternative to other aftermarket and OEM parts,” he added. “Today, more than ever, people want great quality at reasonable prices.”

Tom is a 2,000-hour private pilot with an instrument rating. He is also a licensed airframe and powerplant (A&P) technician.

Superior Air Parts, a wholly owned subsidiary of Superior Aviation Beijing, is a manufacturer of FAA approved aftermarket replacement parts for Lycoming and Continental aircraft engines. In addition, the company manufacturers the FAA certified Vantage Engine and the XP-Series Engine family for experimental and sport aircraft builders. For more information: SuperiorAirParts.com
