JSfirm.com creates Job Distribution Network

By Janice Wood · July 27, 2011 ·

JSfirm.com’s aviation jobs board has created a Job Distribution Network with more than 30 partners.

Jeff Richards, JSfirm.com Sales Manager, said the Fort Worth-based company has partnered with select aviation websites, social and professional media, aviation organizations and aviation schools/alumni groups to attract “active and passive job seekers.”

The Professional Aviation Maintenance Association is JSfirm.com’s latest JDN partner. When a company advertises a job vacancy on JSfirm.com, it is also posted on PAMA.org. This distribution happens with all JSfirm.com partner websites and, as a result, hiring companies are reporting filling their vacancies quickly, Richards said. “The thousands of aviation companies using our website to advertise jobs are saving time by not having to post the same job again and again on different websites,” Richards said. “It increases efficiency.”

JSfirm has more than 30 partners, he reported, “not counting the dozens of Twitter accounts, LinkedIn Groups and Facebook accounts utilized to distribute jobs as well.”

JSfirm.com is an aviation specific jobs board and resume database founded in 1999. JSfirm.com is a free service to job seekers. The company’s website includes access to job postings, direct email of new employment opportunities, free resume builder and networking tools. Companies receive direct access to resumes, management tools, and unlimited job postings with multiple user capabilities. For more information: JSfirm.com
