Terre Haute Air Center at Terre Haute International Airport (HUF) in Indiana has joined the Avfuel network of branded FBOs offering Avfuel Contract Fuel, AVTRIP rewards, and more.
Owned and operated by the Terre Haute International Airport Authority, Terre Haute Air Center serves western Indiana and eastern Illinois. Numerous pilot amenities are offered, including a lounge, weather planning area, and crew cars. Quick turns are a specialty and space is never an issue with over 1 million square feet of aircraft ramp available for parking and a 20,000-square-foot hangar, according to company officials.
Terre Haute International Airport’s three runways and uncongested air space offer travelers access to the region’s sports teams, state parks, museums and cultural attractions and more. Just 70 miles from Indianapolis, the airport provides a convenient alternative for those flying in for Super Bowl XLVI in February 2012, company officials add.
“We chose to become an Avfuel-branded dealer for several reasons, including reputation, and our belief that Avfuel can provide us with everything our FBO needs in terms of support and services,” said Terre Haute Air Center Line Service Supervisor Josh Thompson. “We have high hopes for the relationship — it’s nice to be with such a well-known and trusted fuel supplier.”
“Terre Haute Air Center is a noteworthy addition to our Avfuel-branded network,” said Marci Ammerman, Avfuel Director of Marketing. “As a premier FBO, we’re proud that they’ve chosen to add Avfuel products and services to those already offered to enhance the customer experience.”
Terre Haute Air Center is offering triple AVTRIP points — receive 6 AVTRIP points per gallon of fuel purchased — through Oct. 31.
