Few will be honest when it comes to a license, pilot or drivers. Set the rules than assume worst case. Doctor’s determine whether you pass a flight physical and they (supposedly) also determine when your health won’t permit you to drive a vehicle or fly a simple aircraft. It should be a requirement for doctor’s to report health problems that affect safe operation of vehicles of any kind.
