FAA bill possible by the end of the year?

Rep. John Mica (R-Fla.) says he is optimistic an agreement can be reached on a long-term funding bill for the FAA after a meeting Tuesday with his counterparts in the Senate, according to a blog post on The Hill, which notes that lawmakers have asked their staffs to come up with solutions to the outstanding issues on the FAA measure by the end of November.
