By Janice Wood · November 22, 2011 ·

Dallas Airmotive has added PW306C engine Hot Section Inspection service to its list of capabilities at its Dallas Love Field Regional Turbine Center (RTC).

“We are beginning to see PW306C engines approaching their first recommended hot section inspection interval,” commented Hugh McElroy, president of BBA Aviation Engine Repair and Overhaul Group.

The Dallas Love Field Regional Turbine Center offers repair and hot section inspection on PT6A, JT15D, PW300 and PW500 engines. The Dallas RTC is one of a network of 12 in the U.S., UK, and Brazil that offer repair services on a variety of engine models. The newest RTC will open in Singapore in February 2012.

Dallas Airmotive is a Pratt & Whitney Canada Designated Overhaul Facility (DOF) for the PW305A, PW305B, PW306A, PW306C, PW308A and PW308C engines. The company is also appointed under Pratt & Whitney Canada’s ESP (Eagle Service Plan) engine program.
