OnTime2 launches in App Store

By Janice Wood · December 7, 2011 ·

Coradine Aviation Systems’ new Trip Planning App has been approved by Apple and is available for purchase in the App store. OnTime 2.0 is a universal App, working on both the iPhone and iPad and gives pilots fast and flexible trip planning, company officials said.

With OnTime 2.0, pilots select departure and arrival airport, enter either desired departure or arrival time and OnTime instantly calculates the other in local time as well as distance, duration and fuel required.

The new OnTime 2 enables pilots to access favorite trips, manage unlimited aircraft profiles, and enter multiple legs based on current weather and ATC clearances. After takeoff, OnTime enables pilots to move through their route as they fly, giving them quick access to key information such as navigation and communication frequencies, according to company officials. OnTime also has more detailed time and fuel usage calculations including climb, cruise and descent profiles for each aircraft, company officials add.

OnTime 2.0 is available now in the Apple App Store for $29.99US.
