Gar Kenyon unveils organizational changes

Following a recently completed acquisition of General Pneumatics Corporation of New Jersey, Gar Kenyon Aerospace & Defense has promoted four key executives.

Steven A. Fournier will now serve as Chairman & CEO of Gar Kenyon allowing him to devote his efforts to pursuing acquisitions, business development and focus on the company’s vision for growth. This will result in the promotion of three other key executives. Khoi Vu has been promoted to the office of President & COO; he formerly served as VP/GM upon joining Gar Kenyon one year ago.

Fournier also announced the promotion of Jonathan Fournier to VP, Operations & Planning, and Sam Aconfora to VP, HR & Strategic Sourcing. Both previously served in similar roles as directors within the company.

Gar Kenyon Aerospace and Defense is celebrating its 60th year in the design, fabrication, assembly and testing of hydro-mechanical, electromechanical and mechanical components and assemblies for aerospace. The combination of technical excellence, responsiveness and innovation makes Gar Kenyon the industry’s source for hydraulic and pneumatic aerospace components.
