California Power Systems now carries Rotax 912 five-year rubber replacement kits, complete with the parts most commonly needed for the five-year service requirement.
The kits were developed by Roger Lee for the Flight Design CT but will also work for other aircraft. For other aircraft, re-measure the fuel, oil, and coolant lines for lengths needed on different installations, company officials said. If other lengths are needed, contact CPS before ordering as the parts will need to be ordered individually instead of the kit part number.
