Tailwheels Etc. flight school moves

By Janice Wood · July 16, 2012 ·

The Tailwheels Etc. Flight School has moved to new facilities at the Lakeland-Linder Regional Airport (LAL) in Lakeland Florida.

This move, which had been contemplated for awhile, was accomplished during the month of June while instructors were still teaching and passing flight students at the original Winter Haven location, officials noted.

The move to has given the flight school a much needed larger facility with additional amenities that had been unavailable at the school’s previous location, school officials said. Staff and students are all enjoying the new location and the school’s new proximity to SUN ’n FUN and the Florida Air Museum, officials added.
