Hawker Beechcraft will seek approval from a bankruptcy judge to emerge from Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Jan. 31, according to a report from The Wichita Eagle. Under its reorganization plan, the company will emerge from bankruptcy as a smaller, standalone company, called Beechcraft Corp., concentrating on its King Air, Baron and Bonanza products and its defense and aftermarket businesses.
