Landmark Aviation to acquire TEB FBO

By Janice Wood · December 17, 2012 ·

Landmark Aviation has signed an agreement to acquire First Aviation Services, a FBO at Teterboro Airport (TEB) in Teterboro, New Jersey. The acquisition is expected to close by year end.

TEB is one of the largest general aviation airports in North America, located 12 miles from Midtown Manhattan and in close proximity to several major cities in New Jersey. First Aviation’s facilities feature a terminal with a wide range of passenger and crew amenities, including snooze rooms, showers, a flight planning area and a fitness center, along with 120,000 square feet of  hangar space and 480,000 square feet of ramp space.

“We are very excited about this acquisition as it will expand our presence in the Northeast and significantly enhance our network to better serve our customers,” explained Dan Bucaro, Landmark Aviation President and CEO. “We are also looking forward to working with the employees of First Aviation and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, and becoming an active part of the Teterboro community.”

Headquartered in Houston, Texas, Landmark Aviation operates a network of 50 FBOs located throughout the U.S., Canada and Western Europe. For more information: LandmarkAviation.com
