AppStrap has released a new kneeboard for the iPad Mini. The new product uses a form-fitting gel-case to enclose the Mini, along with a nylon leg strap and buckle that attaches to the iPad with its Velcro mating design.
This attachment feature allows for quick repositioning from portrait to landscape viewing, as well as easy removal for stowing or sharing, company officials said.
According to officials with the Denver-based company, the design of the AppStrap for the Mini incorporated the main features requested by pilots using the iPad in the cockpit. Topping the list was a low-profile, high-quality, and versatile kneeboard mount at a reasonable price.
The newest AppStrap retails for $39.95.
