Aviation career day slated for Long Beach

By Janice Wood · January 9, 2013 ·

The National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) is teaming with the Southern California Aviation Association (SCAA) to host a career day in Long Beach, Calif., Wednesday, Feb. 27.

The event, which will be held at AirFlight at the Where: Long Beach Airport (LGB) from 5 to 6 p.m., will include a panel of business aviation professionals representing various careers in business aviation. They will share how to pursue a career like theirs and be available to answer questions.

Considering a career as a pilot, maintenance technician, flight attendant, operations specialist, dispatcher, sales, finance, accounting, or marketing professional? This event is for you. In addition to the panel discussion, each attendee will receive a complimentary pass to attend the NBAA Business Aviation Regional Forum, scheduled for the following day, Thursday, Feb. 28.

NBAA’s Business Aviation Regional Forums are day-long learning and peer networking venues designed to meet the needs of regional business aviation communities, and to provide an introduction to local leaders interested in learning more about the industry.  Click here for more information on the Long Beach Regional Forum.
