The app, downloadable for iOS and Android mobile devices including iPhones, iPads, and Android hand-held and tablet mobile devices, allows users to search an extensive list of commonly used FAA acronyms for their definitions. A special feature of the app’s service allows users to submit FAA or aviation industry related acronyms to NSG, which can be added to the app’s acronym list. This enables the Free FAA Acronyms App to be a living app updated consistently by NSG and users alike, company officials said.
