FBO gears up for U.S. Open traffic

By General Aviation News Staff · May 24, 2013 ·

PHILADELPHIA/BLUE BELL, Pa. — Avfuel-branded FBO flyADVANCED is gearing up for the annual U.S. OPEN with a triple AVTRIP point promotion (6 points/gallon), giveaways and specials, shuttle service and much more.

Based on Wings Field (LOM), flyADVANCED is the nearest airport to the US Open’s world-famous host location, Merion Country Club.

“We have a brand new terminal for welcoming pilots and their passengers into the region, and some of the most attentive, friendly and knowledgeable staff in the world. Our customer center and dedicated pilot lounge make every stay comfortable,” says Miles Munz, VP of Sales for flyADVANCED. “Complete aircraft care and ground services are provided by a line service team that is enthusiastic and thorough. Meanwhile we have tennis courts and even a pool.”

A member of the Avfuel network, flyADVANCED offers Avfuel Contract Fuel for jet fuel savings. The FBO also waives ramp and landing fees on minimum fuel-purchases (depending on size and type of aircraft).

The FBO features insulated and heated corporate hangars that can accommodate any aircraft up to and including a Citation or Sovereign. Catering, rental cars, concierge services and more are available upon request.

The US Open takes place the week of June 13. For reservations call or email flyADVANCED today as slots fill up fast as the event approaches, officials note.
