Aviators can now more accurately rate their experiences when shopping for FBOs at GlobalAir.com.
The new five-star rating system provides feedback for users when comparing fuel prices or reviewing weather conditions with GlobalAir.com’s Airport Resource Center (ARC).
Pilots can view the ratings on each FBO’s page to get the overall score, or select the rating system to view a more detailed rating of the facilities’ cleanliness, front desk and line services, competitiveness of fuel price, and the pilot amenities. With one more click, they can add their own ratings easily.
This breakdown of services, ranked individually, creates a more accurate overall picture of each FBO’s strengths, aiding both the discerning aviator and the quality FBO to find each other, according to GlobalAir.com officials.
“This is a logical step in allowing aviators to share their experiences,” shared Jeffrey Carrithers, president and CEO of GlobalAir.com. “Users can now anonymously vote on how well the FBO performs their services.”
