Precision Airmotive sold

By General Aviation News Staff · July 16, 2013 ·

MARYSVILLE, Wash. – Turn and Bank Holdings of North Carolina has acquired the assets of Precision Airmotive.

Manufacturing and customer support operations will be conducted under the newly re-organized Precision Airmotive.

The manufacture of OEM-certified RSA and Experimental Silver Hawk EX fuel injection systems, including factory rebuilt units, overhauled units and replacement parts, will remain in Marysville. As a result, this acquisition will assure the name Precision Airmotive continues to be identified as the preeminent OEM factory source for general aviation RSA fuel injection systems, kits, parts, service and support, company officials noted.

“We are excited about the opportunity this re-organization presents the global general aviation marketplace,” stated Turn and Bank Holdings President Mike Allen.

With many thousands of aircraft engines relying on these proven fuel controls, the new Precision Airmotive will continue to support the industry with the complete line of OEM units, kits, replacement parts, including the latest repair manuals and technical engineering support.
