Bahamas resort slates invitational fly-in

Schooner Bay Harbour Village will host its First Annual Invitational Fly-In and South Abaco Discovery Weekend on Aug. 23-25.

“We are honored to have this event hosted by Schooner Bay Harbour Village, Bahamas Ministry of Tourism, The Bahamas Out Island Promotion Board, and Cherokee Aviation (FBO),” said Kurt Ave, event organizer.

Participants will fly into MHH and park at Cherokee Aviation (FBO). Complimentary overnight parking is offered for Aug. 23-24. Round trip ground transportation to Schooner Bay Harbour Village will be arranged.

Overnight shared cottage accommodations are offered at $200 per couple, per night (includes double room accommodations, ground transportation, use of four-seater golf cart, cottage breakfast provisions and dinners.)

    I’ll skip flying to The Bahamas and may only reconsider when their attitude towards GA improves-if it does.

    I’m won’t be going to the Bahamas again…Their penalties on GA are too much for me to pay…
