Museum of Flight Library Book Sale Saturday

By General Aviation News Staff · October 17, 2013 ·

SEATTLE — The annual Museum of Flight Library book sale will be on Saturday, Oct. 19, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The Museum’s library is the largest of its kind in the western United States, so its inventory of duplicates and other extras for sale is huge, museum officials note.

The stacks will be full with thousands of books, magazines and other printed materials covering every topic of aviation and space, plus vintage popular culture magazines including Life, Look and The Saturday Evening Post.

Proceeds directly benefit The Museum of Flight Collections.

The sale will be located in the Museum’s Library and Archive building next to the Museum Airpark. Admission is free.
