LAS VEGAS — For the first time, the Flying Musicians Association has a booth at the National Business Aviation Association Convention.
If you’re at the show, visit FMA at booth #N525 and drop your business card in the bowl for a chance each day to win a music CD by founding member and San Diego musician, Bradley Leighton. The final drawing will be for an autographed copy of “Leaving on a Jet Plane” by member William Ippolito. Members at the booth may be playing tunes throughout the day, as well, officials promise.
John Zapp, President/CEO of FMA, said, “This is our first participation at NBAA and we are so happy to be a part of this great event. We have members from California, Florida, Utah and North Carolina flying in to provide information and assistance to those curious about our mission. They will be sharing their passions and talents — perhaps striking up a tune from time to time. We are thankful to NBAA, Avery Tools, Auto PSRU’s and ERA Enterprises for their help in making this possible.”
The Flying Musicians Association, founded in 2009, is an organization of pilots who are musicians, spanning the globe, proficiency levels and genres. The goal is to share our passions in order to inspire, educate, and encourage others by creating enthusiasm and promoting personal growth in aviation and music.
